Warning issued against Igor Krivykh

The IIHF Championship Disciplinary Panel for the 2025 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship Division IV has issued a warning against Armenia’s Igor Krivykh for an incident involving charging.  
 
The incident occurred at 25:13 in the second period of Game #3 between Armenia and Malaysia. As this matter involves a violation of IIHF Official Playing Rule 42 (Charging), the Panel has jurisdiction over the matter.  
 
The Disciplinary Panel stressed that this type of conduct is unacceptable within the game of ice hockey and that players must at all times be aware of and responsible for their conduct on the ice. 

It also reminded the Player that this warning could be aggravating factor against the Player for any future violation.  

Therefore, he shall be sanctioned with a:  

  • WARNING

The IIHF makes this announcement in the best interest of safety in this tournament and for future IIHF competitions.
