The 2026 IIHF Continental Cup Disciplinary Panel has issued a one (1) game suspension to Angers Ducs player Manning, Neill (number 8) for a violation of Official Playing Rule 28 (Supplementary Discipline).
The incident occurred during Game number 5 between Torpedo Ust-Kamenogorsk and Angers Ducs on 16 January 2026.
The Disciplinary Panel determined that the player’s actions when exiting the ice surface following his game ejection penalty for slashing make a travesty of the game. The player has other avenues he can take without bringing the game of ice hockey into disrepute.
Therefore, as the Player violated Official Playing Rule 28 – Supplementary Discipline, he shall be sanctioned as follows:
• Suspension for one game
Due to the suspension, the Player will miss today’s game between Angers Ducs and HK Mogo (game number 7 of the tournament).
