FAQ

Zurich

Is the journey there and back by public transport included?
Yes. Local public transport in Zurich using the Zurich Transport Network (Zürcher Verkehrsverbund, ZVV) is included for travel to and from the relevant game or game day.

Which ZVV zones are included in the ticket?
The ticket is valid for all zones included in the ticket. The ZVV region includes the canton of Zurich and the 14 adjoining municipalities (see map above).

I will be setting off from a location outside of the ZVV zones. Can I still take advantage of a discounted ticket?
The integrated ticket is valid from the first station within the local network at which the train/bus actually stops. This means that if you take a direct train from Baden to Zurich without stopping, the integrated ticket will only become valid from Zurich Main Station. By contrast, if you take the S-Bahn from Baden, the integrated ticket will become valid from the Dietikon stop onwards. For the portion of the journey from Baden to Dietikon, you will need to buy and have with you a standard public transport ticket from the normal range on offer.

Fribourg

Is travel to and from the game by public transport included?

Yes. The local public transport in Fribourg (Frimobil network) is included for travel to and from the game/game day in question.

Which Frimobil zones are included in the ticket?
The ticket covers all zones within the Frimobil fare system. The Frimobil local network covers the fare zones within the canton of Fribourg (see plan above).

I will be setting off from a location outside of the Frimobil zones. Can I still take advantage of a discounted ticket?
The integrated ticket is valid from the first station within the local network at which the train/bus actually stops. This means that if you take a direct train runs from Bern to Fribourg without stopping, the ticket will only become valid from Fribourg. By contrast, if you take the S-Bahn from Bern, the ticket will become valid from the Flamatt stop onwards. For the portion of the journey from Bern to Flamatt, you will need to buy and have with you a standard public transport ticket from the normal range on offer.
