Sustainability at the 2026 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship

Throughout the planning process of the 2026 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship, sustainability was integrated as a fundamental component across all departments. Based on a stakeholder analysis, we predefined five key focus areas. These formed the strategic framework of our efforts, ensuring that our resources were deployed where they would achieve the greatest impact.
