The sessions will provide development program coordinators, coaches, parents, officials, and more with background information on a set topic and an opportunity to ask questions of the presenter.

Topic: National Team Programming

We are pleased to announce that two distinguished presenters will be joining us to share their expertise on national team development programming:
 

• Marta ZAWADSKA (Poland) – Vice President of the Polish Ice Hockey Federation, League Commissioner, Head of Women's Hockey, and IIHF Council Member.
• Igor ANDREJKOVIC (Slovakia) – Slovakian National Teams Manager, Men's National Team Video Coach, and Coaching Development Manager.

Both presenters bring extensive experience in managing and developing national teams at various levels. They will provide valuable insights into the pathways for national teams from U16 to senior levels, highlighting their approaches to player development, coaching strategies, and structural planning.

Additionally, they will discuss the programming and preparation of their teams throughout the season, as well as the specific planning processes leading up to IIHF championships.
